We are currently recruiting in the following areas:
Melbourne -Recruitment Specialist . This is a great position working alongside Heidi, the branch manager. To say we’re busy is an understatement, it’s crazy and we need an extra pair of hands. Heidi’s forte is developing the client side, so if you’re happy providing excellent service to the candidates, this could be GREAT!

Due to recently winning a number of new clients Lime are experiencing significant growth. To support the growth we are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our internal team in Melbourne. Lime recruits across all business levels within recruitment, working heavily in the senior to management level.
The role
The role will require you to hit the ground running.
Key Duties:
- Develop talent pools and engagement strategies for future recruitment needs
- Market Mapping – Sourcing and identifying the best talent in the business using sourcing strategies and best practice methodology
- Use creative and appropriate candidate attraction methods;
- Build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Co ordinate candidates interviews & reference checks
- Reformat resumes, write and place adverts
- Administration support.
- Be a point of contact for phone enquires
- Conduct research and provide recommendations on salary expectations
- Diary management and Weekly reporting
You
You will possess the following skills, experience and knowledge:
- 2+ years recruitment agency experience
- Outstanding relationship management skills with a strong consultative style approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- High level of organisation and prioritisation skills
- Intermediate PC skills with the full range of Microsoft Office applications;
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
- Proven ability to source and attract talent using creative sourcing techniques
- Ability to deliver outstanding results to the business
- Have experience working to strict deadlines in a busy office and have a positive approach to work.
