This privately owned growing boutique is looking for an experienced Healthcare Contracts recruiter to lead and grow the Locum team.
Reporting to the GM, you will take over an existing team, and be responsible for growing the team and developing the contractor base.
You will be working in a flexible and mature environment and enjoy a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.
Ideal candidates will be experienced Temp/Contracts recruiters from any background, and have a good working knowledge of contractor costs, margins, and rate negotiation.
This is a challenging 360 recruitment position that requires strong business development skills, and will be highly incentivised in line with new business acquired.
