My boutique specialist client is currently seeking an experienced recruitment consultant who is now ready to take the next step in their career and become a team leader. This highly successful and high performing team are looking to be lead by a driven, inspirational and passionate consultant who has a natural flair to manage and develop the team.
The team leader will be responsible for managing, mentoring and training a group of very successful consultants. You will be a natural leader, who has a consultative management style that will fit any type of personality. You will be responsible for support as required, performance reviews and more importantly have the ability to train and develop new and current staff.
Ideally, you will be an experienced recruitment consultant who has had a successful career and is now looking to take the next step up. You will be a natural leader, motivator, team player and above all, be passionate about what you do. Essential to this role, is strong communication skills, drive, determination and strong interpersonal skills.
