The Role
Grow and manage the Contracts division within Engineering. Lots of warm leads and roles ready to hand over, and opportunity to earn bonus within the first quarter! Remit to grow the team over the next 12-18 months. National and international focus. Strong support and development offered.
You
With at least 3-4 years recruitment experience, you are either a current Team Leader looking for a change of industry or environment, or a senior consultant looking to take the next step in your career. Previous Contract/Temp recruitment experience is essential. You have an outstanding client service focus and are results driven. You are ready to move into a more self-motivated environment where your professionalism and consultative approach will be highly regarded.
