The company:
Having been established in the Brisbane market for over 20 years this well respected Recruitment institution have developed an impressive client portfolio and fantastic team culture. Their service to clients and candidate is unparallel and due to this they have a huge referral network. They also invest a lot of time and money in staff training and make sure all consultants go through their RCSA accreditation.
The role:
Due to ongoing success they are looking to expand their business support team and are looking for either a perm or temp specialist. They have a number of accounts that need to be managed so you will not walk onto a cold desk, however you will be required to bring in new business through cold calling.
You:
You will have at least 2 years Recruitment experience and be well versed in the Recruitment process. This is an environment where you will not have stringent KPI’s but the trust to be able to ‘get the job done’. However, the manager is very hands on and will provide support where needed and provide ongoing training. For you hard work you will rewarded with an excellent commission structure as well as a great team environment.
