The Role
They have established themselves in Sydney now for over 3 years and have attracted high performing Recruiters to their teams. They specialise within Banking & Finance and Engineering sectors and are now looking to develop a business support division. They have had a huge amount of support roles coming through their clients which they are unable to service hence why they are now looking for someone. The role will require you to leverage off current clients and also bring in new business through your own contacts and through cold calling. Once you get up and running you will be able to then build a team around you to manage and develop.
You
You will have a minimum of 3 years experience recruiting within the business support space with proven billings and an excellent track record in business development. You will be self motivated, target driven and career focused. You will also be commercially aware and have a good understanding on the Australian market.
