They are now seeking to appoint talented recruiters to consult in the following markets: EPCM, Mining Maintenance, Corporate Administration, Civil Construction.

The Desks Available
They have the branding in place and the systems and process to support the development of your desk. These are warm desks which will require ongoing business development. However you can hit the ground running with roles ready to go.
Trainees will be considered:
If you have no prior recruitment experience it is essential that you can demonstrate the as many of the following criteria:
- longevity in your prior roles
- sales experience
- experience working in a professional service environment
- a competitive nature
- success in your past roles and undertakings
- If you have experience in the industry (mining, engineering, finance)
Financial Incentives
For experienced recruiters a generous salary will be negotiated to manage your transition to their business. Trainee’s will commence on a base salary commensurate with experience, however incredible monthly commissions are part of the package, as well as many other ongoing exciting incentives.
