One of Australia’s premier boutique recruitment organisations is currently expanding its Strategy, Change and Projects Consulting team. They are looking to hire a seasoned Recruitment Consultant to work with the already established, successful team.
These are major players across the Projects & Strategy sphere and have an ethical and professional approach to servicing their outstanding portfolio of clients.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruiter with either a Banking & Finance or Accountancy recruitment background to focus on the Strategy space. Successful candidates will grow and develop their portfolio with the option of running a dual desk, placing both contract and permanent candidates. You will be able to leverage existing relationships and have the support and infrastructure to be able to generate new clients and candidates with your business development skills.
You will have a talent for managing a client portfolio and providing a personalised and extremely professional service whilst having the capacity to run your own end-to-end assignments.
Successful candidates will be highly motivated professionals with a focus on growing relationships and maximising the current opportunities.
