The company
Having been established in the Sydney market for over 30 years this well respected Recruitment institution have developed an impressive client portfolio and fantastic team culture. Their service to clients and candidate is unparallel and due to this they have a huge referral network. They also invest a lot of time and money in staff training and make sure all consultants go through their RCSA accreditation.
The role:
Due to ongoing success they are looking to expand their business support team and are looking for a perm Business Support specialist. They have a number of accounts that need to be managed so you will not walk onto a cold desk, however you will be required to bring in new business through cold calling.
You:
You will be either a junior/graduate Recruitment Consultant who is looking for a more stable environment, with ongoing individual training and a career path. Or you may be someone who has business to business sales experience and looking to break into recruitment.
