LIME Resourcing is becoming Melbourne’s most prominent Rec2Rec agency, we specialise in recruiting for the recruitment industry and launched in Melbourne earlier this year but have grown at a pleasantly surprising but rapid rate and need a new member for our Melbourne office.
With offices already established and flourishing in Sydney and Brisbane we are now full function and equipped to assist Recruiters with their careers right here in Melbourne.
We are working with most of the recruitment agencies nationally and have clients who are Global, Multinational, Specialist and Boutique. Our clients are currently rebuilding and ramping up after the GFC and are looking to hire recruitment consultants for their organic and strategic growth.
This role is for a recruitment career professional that is looking to provide quality consultation to the market and peers whilst earning themselves superb monetary incentives by producing results.
If you are an experienced recruiter who enjoys being consultative, likes building relationships with clients and candidates and are a strong networker – then this may be the role for you. You will need to be a team player, have a good foundation in recruitment, strong networks and you will need to be driven and motivated to succeed.
