 The role

Due to their growth plans over the next 12 months they are looking for 3 IT Account Managers to join their team,  1 x Contract and 2 x Permanent.  When you start with the business they will be able to give you an existing client portfolio which you will be able to develop straight away and give you the ability to bill straight away.  As mentioned they put huge emphasis on building strong relationships and delivering quality service to both clients and candidates.  There will be a need to develop new business also through cold calling. You will also have the use of the Resourcing team to locate quality candidates for you. 

 You

You will have a minimum of 3 years IT Recruitment experience with a proven track record in billings and account management.   You will also have the drive to be a success and be self motivated to push yourself to improve year on year.  The client will make sure you have everything you need to be a success but ultimately in comes down to you in how big a biller you are.
