You will have a minimum of 3 years experience recruiting within the business support space with proven billings and an excellent track record in business development.  You will be self motivated, target driven and career focused.  You will also be commercially aware and have a good understanding on the Australian market.

You will have a minimum of 12 months Recruitment experience and ideally within Business Support.  This is a very collaborative office and so you will be a strong team player and want to be a part of their ongoing success. You will also be self motivated and have a proven track record in developing business through cold calling.  Knowledge of the western Sydney region is also highly regarded.
