    This is a fast growing and formidable business that have seen good growth within their teams and are looking to grow further.   They have a high performing team of vertical specialists who also act as great mentors and have a fun, busy and funky office environment.  This is not a corporate environment so you can feel relaxed and no one will be watching the clock.  You will run a dual desk so you can take advantage of ongoing contract revenue and permanent fees to really help get those big monthly commission checks.  The commission structure in place is very competitive where you have no monthly threshold and up to 40% commission which is paid monthly.  There are also other monetary bonuses for consistency in billings and other benefits!! The directors have a hands off approach but are there if you need them.
    The role
    You will be given an existing client portfolio which consists of media and advertising clients. Your task will be to build strong working relationships quickly with the hiring managers and source the best talent in the market.  The roles will be at all levels of the spectrum from AP/AR all the way up to CFO in both contract and permanent roles.   This business does not enforce KPI’s and won’t be monitoring your every move so you must be self motivated and have the discipline to organise your own day.  So if you are a proven biller and feel you are now at a stage where you want the freedom to be a success with all the tools at your disposal then this is the role for you.
    You
    You must have a minimum of 2 years recruitment experience focusing on the Accounting & Finance space and have strong local market knowledge.  You must be self motivated and someone who wants to be financially successful.  There is a great team environment in this office and if you like the buzz of a sales floor and the combined efforts of a close team than this is going to be the perfect role for you.

    The Role
    They are looking for an experienced and successful Recruiter who specialises in the JAVA and .Net space to deal with demand from their existing client base.  This is a newly created role and will also see you build upon the client base with new business development.  Once your desk is up and running you will be required to build a team around you and start a new division.  If you haven’t had leadership experience before you will be fully trained and supported throughout.
    You
    You must have a minimum of 3 years solid Recruitment experience and have sound knowledge of the JAVA and .Net vertical.  You must also be able to prove successful billing history and show a hunger to succeed not only financially but also with your career.  You will be given autonomy to build your desk and team as well.  In terms of salary my client is completely open depending on your experience.
