The role will see you being the Account Manager to a large portfolio of existing clients.  This will entail, taking job specs, sorting out any issues that arise and expanding market share within each client.  You will have a resourcer at your disposal to handle the candidate side and also 2 BDM’s who will bring in new business.  This is a great opportunity for someone who really enjoys the client management side of recruitment and not sales.  As you will be visiting your clients on a daily basis you will also be provided with a car.
