You will also be responsible for managing existing candidates/contractors on a daily basis, keeping in touch with them, following up timesheets, ensuring that

Ideally you will have some industrial/labour hire experience but this is not essential.  More importantly you will have previous experience working a busy contract/temp desk and be able to work at pace whilst providing the highest level of service to candidates and clients alike.
