The company:
This boutique recruitment firm based in the heart of the CBD have a well established brand. Because of their reputation and long standing history in the Sydney market they have developed an impressive client portfolio and built a solid team. This client does not believe in KPI’s or Micro Management and have developed an adult environment for you to flourish and be a success.
The role:
They have a role available for a junior / graduate consultant who are looking to develop their skills and become a successful Recruitment Consultant. They have a desk available within temp business support which has a number of clients to take over and manage from day one. They have an excellent training program in place and will put you through the RCSA training course to get you accredited.
You:
You will have a minimum of 6 months experience in Recruitment and want to work for a company that has a pleasant working environment and will provide you with the best training. You will be professionally presented with great business development skills and be able to form strong business relationships.
