The Role
Manager role (with the possibility of Director level) looking after a team recruiting for sales & marketing roles at executive level.  Working across positions nationally with the opportunity to grow the team to cover all Australasia.  Much of the work is retained business and the roles are at the $100k-$400k level.
 
You

You

You will have a minimum of 3 years IT Recruitment experience with a proven track record in billings and account management.   You will also have the drive to be a success and be self motivated to push yourself to improve year on year.  The client will make sure you have everything you need to be a success but ultimately in comes down to you in how big a biller you become.   Also, you will be someone who can hunt down business and not wait for roles to just be called in.
