Through increased demand an opportunity is now available for an experienced consultant to join their team.  You will be consulting with senior candidates and clients in the mining sector.  You will be working with the full support of a Director who will assist you with your business development.  You must be naturally proactive in your approach and be willing to undergo training to develop your skills in search and selection. 

The organisation is geared to both technically support and generously reward their consultants.  A base salary commensurate with experience will be negotiated.  For a performing consultant, you will be in a position to enjoy monthly commissions and an OTE $200k pa.
