The Role

You will be placing candidates into the mining industry which include Engineers, Geologists and Mine Management.  The desk is an established desk which was built up by a long standing member of the team who has moved away from industry.  You will be someone that can build business relationships quickly and be proficient and quickly finding relevant candidates through mining the database, Linkedin and their large referral network.  You will also be working alongside mentors who will support you and answer any questions you may have.  For your hard work you will be rewarded with an excellent commission structure.

You

Ideally you will have experience recruiting within Engineering & Mining, if not then you must have a minimum of 3 years recruitment experience preferably in a technical sector i.e. IT or Banking.  You will be a self motivator who has a sense of urgency.  Your ability to forge long term business relationships is a must and also strong business development skills.

Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years Recruitment experience building and running a successful temp desk with proven billings.  Although experience in Accounting Support would be advantageous it is not essential, someone with a strong business support temp background would also be good.  This role will require you to do business development so strong sales skills needed and in return a fantastic commission structure.
