Ideally you will have experience recruiting within Engineering & Mining, if not then you must have a minimum of 3 years recruitment experience preferably in a technical sector i.e. IT or Banking.  You will be a self motivator who has a sense of urgency.  Your ability to forge long term business relationships is a must and also strong business development skills.
