The company
A global Recruitment business which specialises within the IT sector has come to Sydney. Having been established for over 20 year s they have an envious reputation in the Recruitment market. They specialise within the IT sector and work mainly at the ‘C’ and Board level but also contingent recruitment as well. Through growth they have now opened up their first Australian branch which is being spearheaded by a highly experienced Recruitment professional who is very hands on and an excellent mentor. Having worked in the Search space for a number of years and a regular speaker at industry conferences she can bring a lot of experience to pass on to the
team.
The role
They are currently seeking experienced Recruiters who are career and financially motivated to join their team at this exciting team. They are open to industry and vertical experience but Infrastructure and Development experience will be highly regarded. The MD is bringing in clients and roles daily but you will be required to also hunt for business, so strong BD skills a must. This is not an environment where you will adhere to tough KPI’s or be micromanaged.
The career opportunities down the line are very real and if you would like to learn more in becoming a pure retained specialist at the senior end of the market then the training will be provided. Also, Team Lead, Branch Manager or the opportunity to work in one of the overseas offices are also in grasp for Consultants that prove themselves.
You
You must have a minimum of 1 years Recruitment experience and be competent in your abilities. You will also be self motivated and hungry to be financially successful. This role will require you to plan your day autonomously and have a sense of urgency.
