Lime Resourcing is excited to be working on behalf of a prestigious global brand that is a leader in executive search within the IT industry. Established for over 20 years they are one of the best in the UK, Europe and the US and specialise in CEO/COO level and Board Member roles.
They have recently opened their first office in Australia and are looking to build their team here in Sydney. Whilst the manager focuses on executive search they need a consultant to focus on recruitment roles in the IT space (any vertical). This is a great opportunity to build a desk leveraging from existing international and executive business. Sharing a database with the global offices and cutting edge recruitment methodologies will ensure your success.
As one of the first on board in this new office the potential for career growth is huge. This role could lead to a team leader/branch manager role or even into a career in executive search.
You will ideally have 1-2 years experience in IT recruitment (developer or infrastructure preferred, however any IT recruitment experience will be considered). You will be driven to develop the business and have the confidence to achieve huge growth within the Sydney market.
