The company
Having been in operation for almost 7 years they have built a strong brand and reputation in the Australian market. They are also a financially healthy company being backed by a very large group of companies. They have a very strong IT team but also work in other revenue streams like Sales & Marketing, Finance and the Creative space.
The role
This role will suit a Senior Consultant who has experience recruiting within the Development space. The desk does have an existing client base but you will need to have strong sales skills to bring in new business. This desk also has the benefit of being dual so you get the obvious benefits of contract revenue with the boosting ability of perm. They have a competitive commission structure which has a low threshold and the ability to earn 50% commission. You will also get an annual kicker if you hit certain monetary targets.
You
You will have a minimum of 3 years Recruitment experience with emphasis on placing Development professionals. You will be a self motivator who is financially driven and someone who has solid sales ability to bring in new business. For your hard work you will be rewarded with an excellent commission structure and team environment.
