Internal IT Recruitment Consultant $90k+ Commission
An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant to work with a leading International Consultancy to deliver high-end recruitment solutions.
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years IT recruitment experience gained within an agency environment. You will be polished, corporate and have a consultative style. This role will be mainly focus on talent acquisition to work across all facets of the business for both internal and external clients. You will be able to demonstrate your ability of developing sourcing strategies to both attract and manage high-end candidates while offering exceptional client relationship management skills.
This role will suit some one wanting a more consultative approach to recruitment rather than the sales aspect. There will be little to no business development.
Based in the CBD this role offers work/life balance and the opportunity to work internationally later down the track if desired. You will also get paid commissions for all your hard work!
