Divisional Manager – Hospitality Industry – $120k
A specialist top tier Recruitment agency is currently expanding its operations across Australia, Asia and the Middle-East and looking for someone to manage the Sydney team!
An excellent opportunity has arisen due to an internal promotion for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant Leader to develop a team of Hospitality Consultants and manage the overall operation of the division. The role directs and co-ordinates a strategic approach with the overall objective of creating a best tractive culture.
Ideal candidates will have 5 years plus recruitment experience (any industry considered – HR, Consultancy, Sales & Marketing, B & F), a strong understanding of the executive International Hotel or Hospitality industry highly desirable.
This role will suit an experienced Recruiter either from the Executive Hospitality industry or someone looking for a change of Industry and wanting to manage a team. A large number of PSA clients are in place and are relationship led.
