One of Australia’s leading recruitment agencies is seeking to appoint an experienced Manager to lead there Business Support Recruitment Division.  As major players across their market verticals they are renowned for their competitive and professional approach to servicing their clients.
 
Reporting to the State GM your key responsibilities will include: managing and developing the team, consulting, business development, business planning, managing people, leadership & coaching.   This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced manager or team leader who wants to  take the next step in their career with a leading brand. 
 
The ideal candidate for this role will be a consummate recruitment professional.  A natural leader who is dedicated, driven and focussed.  Your key strengths are two fold, people leadership and business development.  You are diligent and competent in your own right as a consultant, and you also have the tenacity and capability to build a high performing team around you.
 
Whilst it is preferred that you have a background in Office Support recruitment other related recruitment experience will be considered.  It is essential that you have management experience or can demonstrate your leadership capabilities through your past or present responsibilities as a Senior Consultant or Team Leader.
