The Company
 
A national business with a definite boutique feel within the branch is looking to expand its team through natural growth.  They are one of the few companies that made profit and held on to all their staff through 2009 and that is a testament to their long standing relationships with both clients and candidates.  They have a lovely spacious office with room to grow and have developed a strong team culture where everyone helps each other.  Consultants work between 8am – 5pm with no expectations to work late unless you have to.  This is a company where you are given both the freedom and tools to be a great success.
 
The role
 
Due to an extremely busy year they are now looking to add to their perm team and seek someone who has strong business development skills and the hunger to be a success.  This is a warm desk but you will definitely need to develop further through cold calling.  This role has the opportunity to turn into a team leader for the right candidate.   The desks are not separated by alphabet or industry so you have free reign on who you work with.
 
You
 
Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years Recruitment experience and have worked with the western Sydney client base, however this is not essential.  You must be self motivated who has strong sales skills and who wants to be the biggest biller every month.  As this role has the opportunity to move into a team leader role you must also be driven by career.
