This owner managed business is going from strength to strength. Having recently won a number of new and lucrative contracts the business is in urgent need of an Account Manager to recruit blue and white collar roles for a newly acquired client.
Based in the Parramatta office, with full responsibility for managing the client relationship and expectations, sourcing candidates and managing all processes once candidates are placed, this role would suit an experienced Recruiter from any discipline, looking to move away from a sales driven role, or an experienced Resourcer looking to take on more responsibility.
You will be a high energy, proactive and detail focussed recruiter, keen to apply your proven recruitment skills to a new and exciting role. This quality focussed business offers an extremely down to earth, flexible and friendly team environment, led by a hands-on management team who lead by example.
