Will Wood – Managing Director, Sydney
joined the recruitment industry in 1994. Over these years, he has worked within the industry in various sectors and successfully ran his own generalist business in the UK. Having moved permanently to Sydney in 2005, he has developed a knowledge and network in the Australian recruitment industry. Will has a specific vision for the business that it should provide a consultative, approachable and professional service. Although based in Sydney, Will spends a large amount of his time between Limes offices.
Andrew Byrne – Sydney
has over 10 years recruitment experience across IT and Office Support. Starting his career in the UK with one of the industry’s largest brands, Andrew has built a knowledge bank crossing numerous disciplines. Moving to Australia in 2004, Andrew continued his recruitment career and in 2009 joined Lime Resourcing. Alongside his excellent networking skills, Andrew champions the digital marketing side for the business
Nicole Losy – Sydney
Having worked as a communications manager with a large multinational business in the UK, Nicole decided to travel to Australia in 2006 and has now made Sydney her home. Nicoles recruitment career started here in Australia, has seen her gained some excellent experiences working for 2 of the city’s premiere boutique recruiters. Nicole has gained a reputation for strong service levels, and commitment to her clients.
Emma Platon – Sydney/Melbourne
has over 5 year’s recruitment experience. Having started her career in legal support roles she moved into recruitment in 2004, drawing on her considerable experience within that sector enabled her to forge a reputation within the Sydney legal market, spending 5 years with the same agency before taking maternity leave. Returning to the workforce 18 months later Emma joined Lime Resourcing in June 2011 and is focusing on candidate care, resourcing and database maintenance.
Heidi Kemp – Branch Manager, Melbourne
Heidi has 12 years experience within the recruitment industry of which 9 years have been spent specialising in the UK Healthcare market progressing from Recruitment Consultant through to Recruitment Manager and Operations Manager. Heidi attributes her success to providing an excellent service to all, whether this be internal colleagues and managers or external clients and candidates.
Brendan Connors – Melbourne
Although new to recruitment, Brendans background and experience in the IT sector, enables him to work with a full project mentality. Working closely with Heidi, Brendans enquisitive mind and thirst for knowledge, has proved a success with clients and candidates.
