    Will Wood

    joined the recruitment industry in 1994. During the past 15 years, he has worked within the industry in various sectors and successfully ran his own generalist business in the UK. Having moved permanently to Sydney in 2005, he has developed a knowledge and network in the Australian recruitment industry. Will has a specific vision for the business that it should provide a consultative, approachable and professional service. Although based in Sydney, Will spends a large amount of his time between Limes offices.

    Emma McCabe

    offers a highly adaptable and flexible approach to work, fostered by over a 12 year international career working in a variety of roles, across various disciplines in executive recruitment, both in-house and agency. In addition to the business development and relationship management skills honed during her time in executive recruitment, Emma gained an insight into project and change management methodologies while working in Project Management roles.

    Andrew Byrne

has over 8 years recruitment experience across IT and Office Support. Starting his career in the UK with one of the industry’s largest brands, Andrew has built a knowledge bank crossing numerous disciplines. Moving to Australia in 2004, Andrew continued his recruitment career and in 2009 joined Lime Resourcing. Alongside his excellent networking skills, Andrew champions the digital marketing side for the business 

    Ash Navaratnam 

    has  over 6 years recruitment experience gained from working with some of the leading recruitment companies. After a short break from rec 2 rec, Ash returns to doing what she loves the most – offering a consultative, ethical and highly professional recruit to recruit service to the Melbourne market. Ash has experience in all disciplines of recruitment and is particularly strong in building relationships, networking and has a very strong knowledge of the recruit to recruit  industry
